Claudia completed her first course in alternative therapy, a reflexology course, with the International School of Reflexology and Meridian Therapy in 1996. Since then she has done different courses including Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Body Massage & Energy Healing and has been in full time practice for the last thirteen years.

Reflexology is Claudia’s favourite modality. She considers it to be a very useful diagnostic tool which helps to increase circulation and induce a state of relaxation. Reflexology also balances and/or stimulates the glands and organs that correspond to the different points on the feet. Claudia currently practices from Nottingham Road in the Midlands, KwaZulu Natal.
